GEMS is currently recruiting 6 exceptional individuals to join our team as Client Liaison Officers in various provinces. As a Client Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in our organization, reporting directly to the Team Leaders and becoming an integral part of our Client Liaison Division. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and provide valuable support to our esteemed members. The positions are based in the following provinces:

- Eastern Cape, Sarah Baartman District (Bedford, Cookhouse, Somerset East, Jansenville, Aberdeen, Graaf Reinet, and Middelburg).
- Eastern Cape, Chris Hani District (Cofimvaba, Ngcobo, Elliot, Lady Frere, Cala, Dordrecht, and Sterkstroom).
- Eastern Cape, Joe Gqabi District (Aliwal North, Sterkspruit, Maclear, Burgersdorp, Barkley East, etc).
- Northern Cape, Kimberly
- Mpumalanga, Nelspruit
- North West, Mahikeng

We offer a competitive remuneration package that is negotiable based on qualifications and experience. As a Client Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Team Leaders and implementing key performance areas (KPAs) to ensure excellent service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

- Visiting, interacting, and assisting members in departments and other public service offices.
- Facilitating meetings and one-on-one sessions to resolve administrative issues.
- Handling Scheme correspondence and following up on outstanding information or documents.
- Assisting the marketing service provider at events and addressing member queries.
- Resolving queries promptly and maintaining records for reporting purposes.
- Building positive relationships with Scheme members and stakeholders.
- Ensuring effective communication between members and the Scheme.
- Providing ad hoc information and utilizing your extensive Scheme knowledge.
- Using computer systems proficiently to resolve member queries.
- Promoting the Scheme to potential members and facilitating enrollment.

**To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications**:

- Matric (Grade 12) and a post-matric qualification at an NQF Level 5.
- RE5 qualification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years industry experience.
- Strong administrative and planning skills.
- Passion for customer service excellence.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to your own car.
