**Information and Data Management**

Ensure data is captured accurately and timeously onto the information system to facilitate access to reliable data and reporting for trend analysis and decision making.

**Reporting**

Prepare, review and distribute accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports.

**Administration**

Oversee filing and safeguarding of records, Compile _ad hoc_ spreadsheets and ensure data captured on management systems is backed up

**GAP groundwork (RH, RR & RW) / meat recon (P1 and WH)**
- Make sure WIP stock sheet is updated with all possible SKU’s
- Make sure WIP is recorded against correct SKU’s
- Make sure maturation stock is correctly estimated
- Make sure ALL WIP is counted by attending WIP stock count
- Upload weekly production into MACS (including WIP closing and opening stock)
- Notify Management Accountant of items not in MACS, created on production upload error report
- Collect GAP information required to explain the GAP:

- KPI’s
- Brine retention
- Daily brine recon
- Other ground work as requested, eg.
- Measurement of spin / air chiller water pickup / loss
- Measurement of water retention to cut lines
- Portion ratios packed into chunks / supa chunks
- Cut losses per cut line
- Trim percentages
- Attend GAP meetings and take minutes
- Keep management accountant updated at all times around progress on GAP issues under investigation

**Consumption report**
- Upload monthly production
- Upload monthly consumption
- Generate consumption report
- Investigate issues as requested by Management Accountant
- Attend consumption meetings and take minutes
- Drawing material types and analysis of material costs
- Measure wastage per SKU for Raw Materials
- Measure stampouts/pickups and cook loss/process loss
- Assist with stocktake at month-end and quarter end.
- Any adhoc requests as required by business operation

**Actualization**
- On a weekly basis document all information for actualization:

- KPI’s
- Man load
- Water retention
- Brine injections
- Portion Ratio’s
- Any circumstances that add to issues in costings
- Assist/Audit BOM’s and /or routings as required by Management Accountant

**Man load**
- Check Daily attendance by comparing man load to production per line
- Record the actual hours worked in order to calculate the kg per hour
- Assist in man load reports as requested by Management Accountant
