**Requirements**:

- Valid South African Drivers License and PDP
- FGASA Level 2 - Field Guide (Essential)
- First Aid level 1
- Backup / Trails Guide
- Fire Arms Competency
- Previous Big 5 Reserve (3 years) and 5 star lodge experience
- Experience in wildlife photography

**Responsibilities**:

- Meticulous in all aspects of Managing the Guiding Department
- Managing, Overseeing and Disciplining Staff in the Guiding Department
- Staff training and development
- Assisting the marketing manager to get content for social media
- All administrative duties pertaining to the Guiding Department
- Overseeing and Management of the Portfolio’s Fleet
- Allocation of rangers and trackers to daily game drives
- Daily Game Drives & Bush walks
- Hosting Duties
- Allocation of Airport Transfers
- Guest Activity and Airport Transfers
- Little paws program
- Assistance around the lodge in other departments if needed
- Photographic safaris
- Reporting to Group Operations Manager(s) and Head Office

**Package on offer**
