Senior Sales Agent

**Senior Sales Representative - Commission Only**

An International Marketing Company that specialises in marketing of foreign exchange (Forex) and contract for difference (CFD) trading are looking for CFD Sales Agents to join their team.

**What will you be doing?**
- Contact both cold and warm leads and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis using a range of questioning techniques and active listening to identify sales opportunities.
- Seek opportunities for up and cross-selling.
- Monitor market trends and opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track sales activities, maintain accurate client records, and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience working in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of financial markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Exceptional negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Be well-spoken in English and/or Afrikaans and any other language.
- Have the ability to speak Professional English.
