**Onboarding (New Clients)**

Receipt of fully signed credit approval from Credit Evaluation.
*
Check signing authority.
*
Prepare Letter of Grant / Loan Agreement for Borrower signature.
*
Prepare Security Documents and log into security file same day.
*
Receipt of fully signed security documents.
*
Check and log into security file same day. Creation of security file.

*
Securities:
*
Validate completeness of signatures.
*
Ensure cession is noted (where applicable).
*
Ensure all security is logged appropriately per agreed process.
*
Receipt of fully signed security documents.

*
Maintain a register for all outstanding security (where applicable) - exceptional circumstances only.
*
Ensure receipt of fully signed special conditions from Credit Evaluation.
*
Above requirements must be complied with prior to accounts being opened / limits loaded onto the system

Onboarding (Amendments to facilities)*

Receipt of fully signed security documents from Client Relationship Consultant.

Ensure existing security file is in order (previously signed off).
