**Role summary**

The Red Fox, an enterprising contributor in the sports betting industry, provides targeted marketing and operational support for two unique brands. With one brand enjoying established success and the other a burgeoning player in the sector, we are expanding our professional ensemble. As we embark on this exciting journey, we're seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to be part of our success story. Your expertise will play a vital role in developing impactful marketing strategies for our clients and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the industry.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports betting or related industry.
- Proven track record of deploying successful marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Experience with Programmatic Advertising would be advantageous, though not necessary.
- Excellent understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools, and ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

**Daily Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaboratively develop, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns from inception through to execution, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and business goals.
- Foster and nurture marketing partnerships with relevant entities, broadening the reach of our brand messaging and enhancing audience engagement.
- Conduct data analysis and generate comprehensive reports on the performance and outcomes of marketing campaigns, providing valuable insights to optimize future efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in developing comprehensive marketing strategies that establish strategic direction and brand positioning in the market.
- Work in partnership with the Activations Manager to conceptualize, design, and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns, enhancing the visibility and appeal of our brands.
- Keep updated with the latest industry trends and customer behaviour to align our marketing strategies accordingly.
