We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Parts Logistics Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the parts distribution process, to ensure the timely delivery of parts to our customers and internal departments. If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent supervisory skills and a passion for optimising logístical processes, we want to hear from you.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Min Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Experience in parts delivery to panel shops in the Western Cape areas.
- Knows the locations of panel beaters in the Western Cape to plan the routes.
- Strong organisational skills to effectively manage and coordinate parts deliveries.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Possession of a Valid code 10 driver's license
- Possess a solid grasp of, and track record in customer service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the parts logistics team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts according to established procedures and schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with sales & warehouse teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Develop and implement efficient parts distribution strategies to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
- Utilise inventory management software to track parts movements, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including warehouse, workshop, and sales, to fulfill parts orders and support operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all parts logistics activities.
- Relief parts driver as required
