Our organization Intertex Clothing is looking for a creative and skilled individual to join us as a Pattern Maker.

As a Pattern Maker, your responsibilities will be determining the client’s needs and coming up with appropriate customized workwear design solutions. You should be able to provide different designs per season.

In addition, attention to detail is key. You should think outside the box and possess excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing innovative patterns for various customized garments.
- Meeting the clients to determine their design requirements.
- Creating designs using a software and adding the pattern specifications onto the computer.
- Completing sample of the garment for client approval.
- Discussing the final sample with the Production team.
- Assessing the best technique for mass production.
- Grading patterns into different sizes and taking into account body measurements & type of fabric selected.
- Reviewing & improving existing designs.
- Captioning the pattern specifications onto the computer.
- Keeping abreast with the latest trends in pattern making.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Pattern making.
- 3-5 years working experience as a Pattern Maker.
- Proficient in computer software such as CAD, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
- Ability to use pattern making tools and various industrial machines.
- Good understanding of fabric.
- Demonstrate working practice in minimizing wastage.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail for accuracy.
- Excellent listening skills and energetic.
- Ability to take feedback in a professional manner.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Highly creative and hardworking individual with strong work ethic values.
- A problem solver with a detailed oriented approach.
