**Job description**

National Emergency Response company is looking to recruit a _**Database & Customer Service Administrator.**_

**Responsibilities**

The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for incoming sales calls and customer service inquiries.

The database and customer service administrator is required to provide fast and efficient turnaround time for all incoming and outbound calls and provide accurate information to the service department.

The person will be responsible for being capturing and maintaining accurate customer information on the company CRM system. The person is responsible to liaise and follow up with other team members to obtain updated customer information and correct errors.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Data capturing experience.
- Customer focused orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Matric Certificate
- Afrikaans as a second language would be beneficial.

Must be able to start immediately.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
