**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Guest Services**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, providing information about lodge services, activities, and the local area.
- Handle guest complaints and issues promptly, aiming to resolve them to the guest’s satisfaction.
- ** Administrative Duties**:

- Manage reservations and bookings, ensuring all guest details are accurately logged in the system.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments and manage billing, ensuring all transactions are handled securely.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to relevant departments.
- ** Communication**:

- Coordinate with other lodge departments (housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, etc.) to meet guest needs and preferences.
- Relay important information to guests, such as lodge policies, safety procedures, and schedules for activities and meals.
- ** Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
- Gather guest feedback and suggestions to improve services and facilities.
- ** Support Services**:

- Assist with organizing and booking activities and excursions for guests.
- Provide support for special events or functions held at the lodge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or General Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
- ** Experience**: Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- ** Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and office software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
