- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Understanding of the African market and customers
- Legal compliance (Protection of Personal Information Act, Electronic Information Act, etc.)
- Customer knowledge on the target users/ customers
- Customer discovery and research
- Data knowledge, data gathering and analysis, generating insights and execution
- Understanding of CRM across various touch points

- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM platforms and digital transformation
- Experience within an Online Commerce and/or Digital environment
- Experience in a campaign and project environment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, create and implement customer journeys to drive engagement and revenue.
- Create and implement personalized messaging across multiple channels.
- Drive business objectives (SBU’s / Commercial) and design campaign journeys.
