The Property Lead is responsible for identifying suitable new rental or development opportunities, assisting with the acquisition/rental of a new property, and managing our existing retail property portfolio.

**The main responsibilities of the role include**:

- Managing all leased properties, lease negotiations and renewals within the Jonsson Workwear retail property portfolio nationally.
- Identifying suitable new rental or development opportunities.
- Negotiating terms & conditions with landlords and developers.
- Create and maintain long term relations with the property development community.
- Supporting the retail operations team with store projects, roll-outs, refurbishments, refreshes and new stores.

***The experience we’re looking for**:

- Experience in a store planning, project manager or property manager role.
- Qualification in Property Development, Town Planning or related advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, is preferred.
- Solid understanding of South African property law.
- Solid understanding of the South African landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Has a driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Ability to travel extensively.
