Luxury wine estate close to Franschhoek is looking for a Handyman.
- Ensure that the facilities and equipment in and around the business are well maintained and in good working order
- Perform and complete all duties with mínimal interruption and inconvenience to guests and the service operation
- Responds to maintenance requests in the minimum possible time
- Utilise new / existing systems to manage the issue, supplies used and stock replenishments
- Reduce any accident or damage to equipment, loss of tools and supplies
- Adhere to Health and Safety standards

**Requirements**:

- Minimumof 2 years’ general electrical, plumbing, and / or airconditioning and heat pump repairs and maintenance
- Hotel or property maintenance experience would be advantageous
- Knowledge of safe working procedures of electrical tools and equipment
- Basic hand tools and electrical knowledge
- COVID-19 vaccination mandatory
