Telesales

One of our entities in Malmesbury is looking for an experienced telesales agent to join their team.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Call allocated customer base daily
- Follow up new leads and potential customers
- Complete daily call log sheet
- Grow sales and customer satisfaction
- Logistics & Route planning for trucks
- Daily communication with truck drivers
- Assist debtors with any outstanding payments

**Minimum requirements**
- Matric certificate
- 2 -5 years telesales experience
- Excellent customer relations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Accuracy
- Problem solving
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Self motivated
- Own transport

Remuneration package is market related.
