Seeking a self-motivated HR Consultant, that has compassion for people and interpersonal skills. Must be able to function independently as well as in a team.

**Focus**:
To provide specialised HR/IR consulting services to our clients across a range of industries.

Advising on BCEA and LRA queries

Implementing disciplinary processes

Developing and adapting HR contracts and policies

Conducting full recruitment function in conjunction with clients

Processing and submission of Annual Training Report/EEA

Compiling job descriptions and performance agreements

Assisting with MSA agreements

Dealing with CCMA and Bargaining Councils

Drafting charges and chair of disciplinary hearings

**Qualifications, skills, and experience**:
Degree in Human Resources or related field

3-5 years' post tertiary qualification experience in the field of labour law

Valid driver’s license and be willingness to travel to clients

Fully proficient in English and Afrikaans (any additional languages will be highly beneficial);
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R144,000.00 - R360,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Labour Law: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Afrikaans (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
