**12 months** as a
**Trainee Draughtsperson**. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who is eager to develop their skills and become a professionally qualified draughtsperson. Under the supervision of experienced professionals, you will play a vital role in accurately representing project engineering detail drawings in 2D or 3D models.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior draughtspersons to create and update engineering detail drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Transform conceptual designs and sketches into precise 2D or 3D models that adhere to project specifications.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other project-related documents.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when translating engineering concepts into visual representations.
- Participate in design reviews and coordinate with engineers to ensure drawings reflect the project requirements.
- Assist in maintaining drawing files, documentation, and version control.
- Seek guidance and actively participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company standards, procedures, and best practices for drafting and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- A strong interest in engineering and design.
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and technical drawing standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under supervision.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
