**HVAC SERVICE MANAGER - PRETORIA - Competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications**

Roll overview:
The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the service team. This includes overseeing service technicians, scheduling and dispatching service calls, managing inventory, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, conducting performance reviews, and participating in ongoing training initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

- Supervise and support a team of service technicians, ensuring efficient an effective performance.
- Schedule, dispatch and manage service calls to meet customer needs.
- Maintain inventory control and coordinate orders with vendors and suppliers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs to support technician development.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Utilise service management software and Microsoft Office suite to organise, report and track work.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in team leadership and dispatching service calls.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with inability to handle and resolve complaints.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in the HVAC industry is essential.
