Mvumeza Construction is looking for an Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s CEO. The Personal Assistant with primarily provide support by handling correspondence, managing calendars and appointments, making travel arrangements and providing other administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Directly supports Mvumeza Construction CEO and supports the office
- Manages day to day calendar(s) of the CEO
- Arranges meetings on behalf of the CEO
- Conduct monthly review of the CEO expenses and reconcile for record keeping
- Coordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls
- Prepare and review materials, minute taking and correspondence for internal meetings, external industry engagements
- Support the CEO & business with arranging dinners, social events and any appearances
- Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
- Coordinates CEO travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel
- Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports of travel expenditure and entertainment expenditure
- Support CEO office with AD Hoc governance, risk and control administration.
- Conduct desktop research on select topics that may be requested for the office of the CEO
- Orders supplies and process invoices
- Process and follow-up on Vendor Payments
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Mvumeza Construction

**Requirements**:

- Previous office administration of 2 years experience preferable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Concise written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated ,detail oriented, intuitive and resilient
- Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, responsive and diligent
- The ability to multitask and prioritize an ever-changing workload
- Attention to detail
- Valid drivers license
- Willing to travel

**Education**:
Business Administration Qualification or equivalent experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From R1.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Margate, KwaZulu-Natal (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Margate, KwaZulu-Natal: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
