Junior Digital Strategist

Clockwork is seeking a Junior Digital Strategist with a strong analytical mind to contribute to the agency’s strategic digital offering. The strategist’s main responsibilities will include conducting research, developing, and implementing social strategies, and setting the standard for digital excellence within the agency.

We are seeking a proactive and passionate digital media professional who excels at delivering innovative solutions to complex problems. We value a team player who embraces a collaborative approach, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with client.

As the digital media specialist, you will work alongside a highly skilled team of Project Managers, Copywriters & Media Planners. This role will involve servicing Xbox as a brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop social media strategies that align with the client’s business objectives.
Collaborate and integrate with Media Planners, Data Analysts, Creatives, and Project Managers to deliver integrated strategic solutions, digital campaigns, and drive client business growth.
Contribute to the growth of Xbox’s social media offering through proposals and pitches.
Identify and share new digital media opportunities.
Collaborate with social media suppliers by providing clear briefs, overseeing implementation, and reporting on performance.
Maintain a broad strategic perspective, offering ongoing support and advice to client that may influence the strategy and prompt a change in direction.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and meet deadlines.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Media Planning, Communication Strategy, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Digital/Social Media Strategist or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong critical thinking abilities.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and meticulous attention to detail.
Stay updated on emerging digital trends, updates from major industry players, and international media developments.
Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams to drive strategies forward.
Experience working with tech and gaming brands would be advantageous.
