We have an incredible opportunity for a temporary position as Frontline Assistant to assist in our reception area.

**The job**

To provide support to the organisation in the day-to-day running and maintenance of an effective reception function as well administrative support to the organisation.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Level 3 - Matric
- Appropriate qualification in office administration, secretarial services, personal assistance (advantageous)

The following experience is required:

- 2 to 5 years’ experience in front facing customer service
- 2 to 5 years’ relevant experience in as a receptionist, secretary, administrator and/or personal assistant
- Ability to manage a PABX (Switchboard System).

**High Level of Language skills**: Proficient in English and Afrikaans or isiXhosa, read write and speak. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organisation.

**High Numerical skills**: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

**Computer Skills**:Computer literacy with regard to the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. General online proficiency required.
