**Responsibilities**:

- Project Participation: Engage in real-world projects within the global business landscape, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions for industries worldwide.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across different functions and regions to gain insights into various aspects of the company's operations and to contribute to interdisciplinary projects.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, in combination with extracurricular activities
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mindset and experience
- International and cross cultural experiences from working and/or studying abroad
- Maximum 2 years of working experience after Master’s graduation
- Full professional working proficiency in English
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a penchant for innovation
- A proactive approach to challenging the status quo
- Strong inter cultural skills and adaptability to diverse environments
- Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to personal and collective growth
