Juice Barista/mixologist

**JUICE BARISTA/MIXOLOGIST**

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES BUT A RE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Effectively manage stock.
- Minimise shrinkage and waste.
- To be a customer service liaison within the various retail outlets on the farm, to educate and assist internal and external customers and to ensure high service standards.
- To assist with all administrative and operational duties pertaining to receiving, storing and stock rotation of goods.
- To be an ambassador of Boschendal and give the customer excellent, friendly service which Boschendal can be known for, and to live the Values of Boschendal in all that you do.
- Open and secure Food Cart.
- Ensuring there is no expired articles in work area and shelves where items are displayed.
- Assist with stock counts, daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly, to ensure accurate stock control.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, SOP’s and OHS act.
- Ensure a clean and hygienic work area.
- Handle all equipment and retail products accurately to avoid any revenue lost, down time and best standards of products.
- Knows what new lines and promotions are coming into store.
- Report acts of dishonesty related to shrinkage and fraud to your manager.
- Ensure that all required preparation has been done for the next day’s business.
- Order all fresh and consumable products to ensure 100% availability in season.
- Mixing ingredients in accordance with recipes to create special drinks or mocktails and juices.
- Preparing non-alcoholic beverages such as smoothies, juices and mocktails.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Juice Barista.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Grade 12 (Matric).
