**Minimum Qualifications and Requirements**
- No criminal record.
- Sober habits and good time keeping.
- Valid code 8 driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Medically fit and able to work at heights.
- Extensive experience in LAN cabling; Splicing and Fault Finding.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Communications Skills.
- Interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Health and Safety compliance.
- In possession of a Telkom CLICK number.
- In possession of own tools.
- Experience with ariel fibre.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow set SOP's and procedures.
- Work closely with Bilionetworks SPOC.
- Maintaining project and safety documentation.
- Accurate reporting and updates on work done.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Receive daily job cards for new installations.
- Installation of CPE.
- See project through various stages from receipt to closure.
- Working at heights: House roofs, telephone/telephone poles, large buildings.
- Fault Finding and repairs.
- FTTH Installation & repair
- ISDN installation and repair
- PABX Installation and repair
- LTE (FLLA) Installation & repair
- VSAT Installation & repair
- Configuration and setting up of modems / routers.
- Installation and repair of Business Services (i.e. routers.

**Advantageous Skills**
- Copper; POTS, ADSL and junction lines
- Martis faults
