**Main responsibilities, but not limited to**:
Assuming total responsibility for the auditing of Medway claims processed by the claims underwriters in terms of the current service level agreement and in accordance with our product benefits and rules, resolution of claims enquiries and communication with relevant parties providing accurate and prompt feedback.

**Must have the following qualities**:
Ability to adhere to company processes and policies and adherence to service level agreement and product benefits and rules.

Ability to interact well with internal and external clients

Ability to multi-task, work quickly and accurately

Excellent business written and verbal communication ability

Computer literacy to allow for navigation and customised systems and reporting

Ability to maintain co-operative working relationships within a team environment

Proactive quality conscious individual who can see beyond the obvious and identify errors and inconsistencies and take remedial action with positive results

Accept responsibility for personal development and performance management and improvement.

**Qualifications and Experience required**:
Matric Certificate, minimum education requirement.

3-5 years Medical aid/medical insurance industry experience essential with focus on claims administration.

Reliable transport

Clear criminal record

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
