**Ceres Area - Western Cape**: Our client is looking for a Production Assistant to join the team.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree highly advantageous
- Previous fruit farming experience
- Computer literate
- Strong admin and record keeping skills, good in problem solving, good interpersonal relationships, must be a good communicator
- Energetic & hands-on hardworking individual with sober habits
- Valid drivers license

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Support to Production Manager/s with daily tasks as required
- Orchard hygiene
- Maintenance of QC standards in orchards
- Report deviations from harvesting process in relation to color standard and quality
- Logistic arrangements
- Support to Production Supervisors with Productivity and quality measurements & evaluations
- Other tasks to him/ her apportionment as required from time to time
