Guest Concierge

We are an established short term rental accommodation company in Blouberg and we have a temporary position available for a Guest Concierge.

DUTIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

- Contacting guest prior to their arrival and managing communications thereafter
- Greeting guest at our office or at the property and following the check-in procedure with them
- Regular property inspections ensuring a high set of standards at all times
- Office administrative duties
- Weekend and shift work

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:

- Mush have own reliable vehicle and drivers license
- Must reside in or close to Bloubergstrand
- Previous experience in hospitality/customer service industry
- Well spoken and fluent in English (other languages will be advantageous)
- A polite & friendly personality
- Must take pride in your appearance and job responsibilities
- Customer service orientation

Remuneration: Paid per successful check-in
