- Managing and motivating a team.
- Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Keeping track of stock ordering, administering stock control, and managing par levels.
- Overseeing and being custodian of excellent guest service.
- Dealing with queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a schedule for Team members.
- Ensure store always remains clean and presentable.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Investigate and report back findings at visited stores**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum Requirements:
- Matric or Equivalent.
- Fully Computer Literate in MS Office and most importantly understanding of GAAP.
- 2 years working experience.
- Ability to provide frequent, direct, and oral feedback.
- Proficient knowledge of stock control and management.
- A high level of problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Must be available at a moment’s notice, and able to work extended hours including weekends and nights.
- High level of reliability
