The successful applicant will report to the Maintenance Planner or nominee.

**MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12/ Standard 10 Certificate.

**EXPERIENCE (including but not limited to)**:

- 1 year practical Data Capturer experience.
- 6 months practical experience in Mining/Engineering environment.
- 6 months practical experience in Clerical / Administrative experience.

**DUTIES (including but not limited to)**:

- To provide effective and efficient technical and administrative support to the Engineering Department to contribute towards the achievement of engineering objectives.
- Assist colleagues and team members with variety of tasks when requested and instructed. Assistance is provided to co-workers and as instructed by supervisor when required. Ensures instructions are understood before commencing with tasks. Verify the accuracy of signed-off work orders, ensure timeous and accurate system feedback, and hard copy archiving of statutory - and required documentation in order to ensure data integrity. Maintenance schedule, plan and report. Capturing, registering, and auditing of PTOs. Updating of information and safe keeping of all company vehicles information. Generation of report, e.g., availability and cost reports.
- Performs auditing functions of all Legal Documentation in Safe. Process audit sheet on JDE and submit for signature and filing as appropriate. Compile approved weekend overtime with information from Supervisors. Generation of legal inspections (job cards).
