Bricklayer & Plasterer

CAPE TOWN BASED CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
“BRICKLAYER - PLASTERER”

We are a small Cape Town based construction company that specializes in residential renovation

projects. We focus on full turn-key projects.

DUTIES:

- All brickwork typical to residential renovations.
- All internal & external cement plaster and screed.
- Skimming of ceilings & walls.
- Concrete work.
- Any other tasks that might be required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent in English.
- A valid driver’s license will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in the industry.
- Be familiar with construction procedures, tools & equipment, and OHS guidelines.
- Any artisan qualification will be an advantage.

SKILLS:

- Punctual and disciplined.
- Ability to read building plans & architectural drawings.
- You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- You must be able to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
