- 8-10 years' experience in more than one Agile Team
- At least 5 years' experience in the IT / Software DevOps industry is essential.
- IT / Business Degree
- Professional membership to international Agile Body
- At least two of the following:

- Professional Scrum Master III(TM)
- Certified Scrum Professional - Scrum Master(R) (scrumailliance.org)

Scale Professional Scrum(TM) (scrum.org)
- Certification as Scrum Master (Advantageous)
- Project Management qualification (Advantageous)

The specific skills will include:

- Knowledge of BMW, ITPM, AWM
- Excellent proficiency in the Agile Tool Chain o JIRA o Confluence o X-Ray (advantageous) o BitBucket (advantageous)
- Experience in/with/as o Agile Coach o Agile Master
- Agile Working Model
- DevOps o IDEV0 o Kanban
- Project Management o SCRUM
- Experience in SAP environments (esp. FICO, Treasury)
