As the Liquidation, Sequestrations, Deceased Administrator, your primary responsibility is to implement effective processes to regulate the LSDA portfolio. Furthermore to ensure that claims are submitted in in terms of client requirements, to regulate, follow up on outstanding balance and ensure that payment is effected.**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- Higher legal qualification relevant to the position
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- 2 years experience in submitting claims against Deceased Estate, Liquidations, Sequestrations and Administrations
- General experience in dealing with estate administration, including reporting of estates; placing of advertisements, dealing with assets, beneficiaries etc.; preparing files for L&D Accounts; obtaining filing slip
- **DUTIES**:_
- Define, implement, and manage statutory Liquidation, Sequestrations, Deceased and Administration processes.
- Define, implement, and monitor effective recoveries strategy in line with business appetite.
- Align the specialized recoveries strategy to the organizational strategy, by monitory the process and maximizing recoveries where necessary.
- Determine and implement Liquidation, Sequestrations, Deceased and Administration acceptance mandate in line with business and client requirements.
- Define and implement operational legal processes for secured and unsecured recoveries, if necessary.
- Define, implement, manage, and monitor the LSCA process.
