**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
The incumbent will be responsible for raising purchase requisitions/orders for approval for the site. He/she will also receipt consumables ordered and raise the necessary documentation in SAP/Coupa. Record and update field reports, stock levels of all farming related consumables issued.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Update Monthly Financial Actuals & Forecast
- Update Field Reports
- Update Farm Equipment Maintenance Cost Report
- Create Purchse Orders.
- Verify and submit accuracy of time and information of temporary labour
- Capture and submit diesel rebate Documents
- Record and verify fertilizer and pesticides stock on hand

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 (matric) qualification
- Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Certificate in Finance/ Office Administration
- Preference will be given to persons in a similar role
- Must be fully literate and good numeracy skills
- Ability to work productively in a stressful environment
