**Job Advert Summary**:
Rainbow Agric Western Cape is looking for an Assistant Farmer to assist the Site Supervisor in managing the operations, resources and manpower of Breeding site (Worcester and Malmesbury) thereby ensuring the optimal number of the right quality birds at the right time and at the lowest cost and will take full responsibility of the site when the Site Supervisor is not on site.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Minimum Grade 12; Tertiary qualification will be an advantage

3 years’ experience in the Poultry environment with 1 year experience/exposure in a supervisory capacity

Physically fit with no allergies to bird feathers and dust

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Assisting the Site Supervisor with the day to day management of all activities, manpower and resources of a Breeding site.
