A renowned Aviation Engineering company is looking for a “Industrialisation Manager” to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in the Helderberg Area, Cape Town.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- Industrial Engineering principal knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of composites manufacturing processes
- Good technical skills, systematic, analytical approach to problem solving
- SAP experience

**Key responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinating, planning reporting of labour capacity for new projects.
- Setup of standards procedure for new project start-up.
- Industrialization of new programs through the whole life cycle of the production process from development, growth, stable run and completion.
- Industrialisation of change implementation on programs already handed over to operation.
- Coordinate layout of facility and design of operational tools and resources and material handling improvements, through CIW for current and future state.
- Research capacity of resources in plant to check current and future capabilities.
- Inspect ways to improve current capacity of facility layout, procedures, and resources.
- Attend project development meetings and look at risk and improvement opportunities
