Role purpose:
The Product Analyst is responsible for analysing and optimising fintech products to meet customer needs and business goals. This role involves gathering and interpreting data, conducting market research, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support product development. The role will also be tasked with developing and maintaining financial planning calculators. The Product Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that products align with industry trends and customer expectations while driving business growth. They help prioritise features, identify opportunities for improvement, and support decision-making processes.

To be successful in this role

Qualifications and Certifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.(required)- 3+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related role in the fintech or technology industry. (required)- Experience in fintech or financial services industry, specifically Financial Planning/Advice- Financial Planning Certification - Post Graduate degree in Financial planning or similar (required)- Proficiency in data analysis tools (required)- Experience with agile product development methodologies (preferred)- Certification in Business Analysis (preferred)
