**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Reporting to and working closely with the HOD, responsible for end to end effective & efficient running of the Group fleet and procurement needs.
The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
**1. Officer for procurement and stock of branches as well as franchisee procurement for the group**
**1.1. Procurement**
- Manage 240 suppliers end to end, from sourcing, onboarding, performance management, until payments.
- Ensure monthly procurement invoices by national suppliers are paid on time.
- Follow up with national service providers to ensure that they send monthly statements.
- Investigate any discrepancies on statements sent by suppliers with branches.
- Source quote from various suppliers.
- Benchmark Pricing.
- Perform prices comparison across different suppliers.
- Ensure all suppliers have contracts and SLA’s.
- Track Supplier performance against SLA’s and hold them accountable.
- Create reports weekly and monthly as required.
- Present weekly to the HOD in ManCo for Procurement, Fleet and Facilities.
- Manage and provide guidance to administrators.
- Ensure that Group SOP’s and Policies are followed at all times.
**1.2. Stock**
- Manage both corporate and franchised branches Stock.
- Manage stock queries to ensure that they are executed and closed.
- Ensure monthly stock invoices are paid on time.
- Follow up with stock service providers to ensure that they send monthly statements.
- Investigate any discrepancies on statements sent by suppliers with branches.
- Keep track of stock movements, transfers between branches.
- Analyze weekly stock reports from the system and giveto RM’s.
- Create stock analysis reports weekly and monthly as required.
- Present stock to the HOD in ManCo for Procurement, Fleet and Facilities.
- Manage stock quality with the help of the branch managers and engage with suppliers if necessary.
- Ensure that Group SOP’s and Policies are followed at all times.
- Manage price increases with suppliers.
- Manage relationships with suppliers with key suppliers.
- Ensure all suppliers have contracts and SLA’s.
- Track Supplier performance against SLA’s and hold them accountable.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management or Supply Chain.
2. 3-5 years’ experience in inventory control or procurement (Supply Chain).
