Dealership Stock Controller

**Ordering of Stock**:

- To ensure that once allocation of vehicles is received from the Regional Sales Manager, that allocation is “specked” for the Dealership and returned to Regional Sales Manager;
- To ensure that once vehicles come off the factory line, vehicles that are selected for Dealership are floor - planned and finance arranged;
- To ensure that if an OTP is received from a Sales Consultant and that if vehicle is not available on the Dealer stock list, then to source this vehicle from the Dealer network.

**Administration**:

- To ensure that all invoices are received from Stock Controller, in order to bring vehicle into stock as per Dealer Billing;
- To ensure that all order is issued on vehicles;
- To ensure that all new vehicles to be invoiced, have all the required documentation as per Dealer checklist
- To prepare vehicle as per OTP with all sublet orders and internal orders
- To ensure that vehicle is reported to relevant OEM;
- To prepare & issue relevant invoice timeously;
- To ensure that all required documentation is completed for “Dealer swop’s;
- To arrange logistic details with reference to “Dealer Swops’;
- To monitor “age” of stock, and ensure that “over-aged” stock is moved out of the Dealership or moved onto “Demo” list;
- To assist with bring vehicles into stock;
- To ensure that Admin Department is advised of any stock received from other dealers in order for this stock to be floor - planned accordingly.

**Stock Take**:

- To ensure that on a weekly basis, a stock sheet is printed and to take stock of all vehicles on Dealer floor;
- To ensure that at any given time one is knowledgeable as to what stock is:

- Vehicles are at Dealership;
- Vehicles in transit;
- Vehicles at Punktlager;
**Reporting**:

- To ensure that all sold units are reported to the correct OEM;
**General**:

- To ensure that one is familiar with all our applicable Franchise Standards pertaining to their position, and to ensure that these are adhered to at all times;
- To ensure that one is compliant with Government legislation at all times;
- To ensure that one is familiar with all Policies and Procedures as per Dealership.

**Job Knowledge**:

**Job Experience**:

- 1-2 years Motor industry experience (desirable);
**Education**:

- Matric

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Margate, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)
