The purpose of the Master Baker role is to lead baking operations, utilizing technical expertise and creativity to ensure high-quality products. Responsibilities include developing recipes, staying updated on industry trends, managing projects, controlling product costs, and training staff.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- Baking qualification/certification
- minimum 5 years experinece in commercial and small scale baking.

- Proven techincal baking expertise
- Knowledge of commercial small scale baking equipment and processess
- Baking and product development
- Awareness of current baking and patisserie trends
- Understanding of the restaurant industry
- Campaign development and strategy
- Project Management
- Product costing
- Recipe development and training
