Club Manager

**Arturf Padel Arena**

A sports club in Paarden Eiland is looking for a female Sports club Manager to join us as soon as possible.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
A young experienced female

A minimum 2 years experience in either a gym / sports club environment

Must have Sales/Marketing (social media marketing) and Admin experience

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills and experience

Must have own reliable transport

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Primary function - To maximize the club's profitability and overall Operational effectiveness

Managing the facility and a small staff compliment

Planning, co-ordinating and hosting facility events

Resolving client enquiries and / or complaints professionally and timeously face to face and electronically

Ordering of stock, stock taking, recons, extracting and submitting reports

Sales and Marketing of and for the Facility

All front desk admin procedures

Innovate and enhance Facility growth

Achieve set targets and budgets

Maintain and sustain set out standards

Must be prepared to work every Saturday morning and Public Holidays

**SKILLS**:
Excellent planning and organisational skills

Must be professional and client centric

Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and networking skills

Be able to consistently demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Be able to consistently demonstrate problem solving and attention to details skills

Very good knowledge and use of social media platforms

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Minimum Matric

Sports and/or Admin, Management qualification would be advantageous
