Our Depot, based in Cape Town, has a permanent opportunity available for a Depot Administrator. Strong organising and administration skills are necessary for this role, as well as a high respect for the time lines affecting the role and a team player attitude. This position is an ideal opportunity to deepen your understanding of the car rental business within a fast-paced, exciting industry.

**Position Overview**:
**Specific Role Responsibilities**:
**Job Outputs**
- Assist Fleet Manager with all other varied and general administrative duties not specified
- Capture daily recons Fuel/Diesel for Europcar and Tempest.
- Assist with all fuel enquiries.
- Process and investigating of non-RA claims including External driver claims.
- Daily and weekly analysis of CFR05
- Filing of relevant documents including storage management plus a year to year paper retention periodically.
- Assist with daily fleet checks and reports on Impress
- Assist with compliance reports.
- Managing switchboard
- Managing all accessories fleet checks weekly
- Assisting with telephonic customer queries

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Minimum Experience**
- 1 years of administrative experience
- 1 years previous operations experience within Europcar/Tempest

**Minimum Qualification**
- NQF Level 4 qualification (Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Secretarial or administration qualification would be an advantage.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Computer Literacy
- Code 8 driver’s license is a must
- Be prepared to work overtime when necessary.
