**Responsibilities**:_
- Attend to inbounce enquiries and proactively use cross and upsell techniques to satisfy cusotmer needs and grow sales revenue
- Use an array of engagement techniques and medium to identify, engage and convert potential customers
- Proactively identify, map, engage & secure opportunities from new accounts to drive & support project solution sales growth
- Network within & identify new, target end users and contractors
- Outbound prospecting, developing new contacts within accounts using digital channels
- Be motivated by continuous improvement and strive to constantly exceed internal and external expectations
- Data driven - be able to understand data, draw conclusions and make recommendations on how we should adapt based on what we are seeing
- Effectively and proactively plan and deliver sales success, progressing opportunities through the sales funnel & navigating the sales progress
- Use and embrace the digital sales enablement tools to maximize your chances of success & support wider promotional/marketing activities.
- Use, Complete and Manage integrated CRM software
- **Qualifications**_
- Minimum 3 years internal sales experience
- Matric with tertiary education
- Proven resocrd of internal sales in electrical or related industries
- Solid understanding of electrical industry
- Passionate, collaborative and consultative
- Customer-oriented
- Result and solution-oriented
- Digital Mindset.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- electrical wholesale: 3 years (required)
