- They are looking for a Claims Service Consultant to join their young and dynamic team.

Minimum experience required for this position:

- 0 - 3 years

Primary purpose of the position:

- Ensure that the insurance requirements of existing insurance clients are identified and met.
- To keep The Company Brand Promise of meeting and exceeding client expectations.

- Brief overview of the Job Description:

- Typing - speed and accuracy: 45 - 55wpm; 100% accuracy
- Intermediate Numeracy and Maths skills
- Typing of general letters / correspondence, spreadsheets, templates, quotations
- Quoting existing clients and amending policies
- Retaining Clients wanting to cancel and Issuing new policies where required
- Collecting Unpaid Premiums
- Telephone queries
- Updating client records
- Managing an electronic diary in terms of day to day follow ups
- Electronic filing and document management
- Checking schedules relating to amended, renewed or transferred policies
- Archiving client correspondence
