Responsibilities of the Role
- Product Ownership:

- With input from the Snr Product Manager and other stakeholders define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market trends
- Create and maintain a product backlog that effectively communicates the development team's priorities and ensures timely delivery of features
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization
- Work with development teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements and ensure successful delivery of product features
- Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback and product usage data to inform future product development
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and communicate product updates to relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure successful delivery of product features
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Architects, QA, engineering) to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of product features
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team to ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful delivery of product features
- Documentation Management:

- Own the design of product requirements and subsequent successful delivery of the requirements.
- Design and create process documentation required to help collaboration in our expanding organization.

Requirements of the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or Business degree / diploma (BBA, MBA, Business Analysis certification)
- Work experience:

- 3+ years' as Business Analyst or Solutions Architect in an Agile environment
- 3+ years' building software products
- Working in Communication platform as a Service is preferred (CPaaS)
- Working with Agile Methodology, SDLC and Sprints
- Building and managing a product roadmap
- Reviewing and analysing software industry data.
- Working with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Asana is preferred
- Knowledge and Abilities:

- Manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation
- Strong analytical and statistical skills are essential
- Establish and improve processes and drive implementation and adoption throughout the organization
- In-depth knowledge of B2B domain product presentation to large enterprises
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- A history of sound leadership through complex business scenarios
- Sound knowledge of the economics of supply and demand
- Ability to spot opportunities for process improvement across multiple teams
