**Role Description**

Benchmark Capital Group is seeking an Experienced Financial Adviser for a full-time hybrid role located in Cape Town and Gauteng with flexibility for some remote work.

Daily tasks include providing personalized financial planning services, *stakeholder management (in-branch), wealth protection and creation, corporate benefits and business assurance.

**Qualifications**
- Financial Services qualification, RE and CBT.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning, investment management, and/or insurance
- 2 years DOFA, supervision completion preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience with financial planning software and tools
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
