2 or 3 year recognized professional pastry / culinary qualification

4 - 5 years industry experience within 5-star hotel or Fine Dining Pastry Environment

Extensive range of experience in BAKING, PATISSERIE and CONFECTIONERY

A **collaborative team-oriented **personality who's keen to develop and lead others by example

Comfortable creating new desserts on a regular basis

Strong organisational, planning and administration skills

Strengths in Stock Controls, Recipe Development & Costing, Budgeting and Finances

Previous experience in effective food cost controls and recipe costing
