We are currently looking for an experienced waitron to ensure the highest standard of food and beverage service is delivered at any of our luxury camps.

**DESIRABLE SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS**:
Must have worked in a 5-star luxury safari lodge with experience in:
5-star meal service

Food dietaries and allergies

À la carte dining

Bar and drinks service
- Hard-working, trustworthy, respectful and well groomed
- Friendly, open and welcoming demeanour
- Excellent time management skills and hold the ability to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer service-orientation a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative through being aware of guests’ needs and being able to tend to them
- English literacy level_: Good command of spoken English, and a good ability to read and write.

- Physical demands_: Able to stand for long periods of time and carry heavy trays/crockery between service and back of house areas.
