Overview of the Job: As the Gardens & Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our property's landscapes shine as the showcase and marketing centerpiece of the Hotel. You will oversee the gardens throughout all seasons, ensuring their continuous flourish and appeal. Managing a dedicated Gardens Team, your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards within the Hotel and Property, all within budget.

Specific Job Description: Your key responsibilities will involve bringing your expert knowledge of gardens to enhance our Hotel and grounds. You will work tirelessly throughout the year, carefully planning around seasonal changes. Your role will encompass managing the Gardens Team to achieve optimal results for our gardens and grounds. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining tools, managing fire and line breaks, handling tree growth management, and upholding property maintenance standards. Your hands-on approach will ensure the operation of various equipment, from water plants and pumps to generators.
