Technical Representative

**VACANCY: Technical Representative in Hermanus**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Representative to join our team at Coastal Trusses (Pty) Ltd.

**Responsibilities**:

- On-Site Measurements:_
- Conduct accurate measurements of buildings, structures, and roofs to determine roofing requirements.
- Measure roofing sheets and other materials as needed for projects.
- Use measurement data to provide input for roof designs and quotations.
- Client Relationship Management:_

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, builders, and property owners.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- New Business Development:_

7. Proactively source new work through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience in the roofing industry or building industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to accurately measure buildings and materials.
- Valid driver’s licence
- Physically fit, agile, and comfortable with working at heights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- CAD experience will be beneficial.

Market and experience related remuneration

**Salary**: R12 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- technical drawings: 1 year (preferred)
- Building industry: 1 year (preferred)
