**Purpose**

Recruitment MI Analyst is responsible for the monitoring and reporting of the recruitment data into informative dashboards that can be presented to management in order to make informed decisions within the department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily Tasks**
- Reporting (Standardization)
- Data analysing / Error Checks
- Database control
- AD-HOC
- Hr Checks & Attendance

**Weekly Tasks**
- Reporting (Standardization)
- Data analyzing / Error Checks
- Database control
- AD-HOC

**Monthly Tasks**
- Reporting (Standardization)
- Data analysing / Error Checks
- Database control
- AD-HOC

**Adhoc Tasks (Tasks that you perform as a need arises and not as part of your routine.)**
- Recruitment Reports
- Audit Reports
- Attrition reports
- Presentations
- New Trackers
- Information tasks to enable my superiors to make decisions.

**Data Integrity**
- Dashboard Control
- Auditing of all checks and assessments captured
- Standardization of Reporting
- Compile monthly reporting required by the Account Managers

**Ensure all Admin Duties are fulfilled**
- Identify and analyze any gaps in the daily capturing of information and updating standard reports for effective analysis of data.
- Ordering stationery for the department
- Department printing processed

**People Engagement**
- Engage in a professional manner whilst conducting your duties
- Ensure optimal Client Service Delivery

**Adherence to POPI**
- Follow processes outlined by the POPI Act that is followed by business

**Operations Requirements are met**
- To ensure that the Client Requirements are met by the department
- Ensure reports are generated by deadlines weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Flash report completed weekly which reviews fill rate, attendance, and throughput.
- Offer to show report provided to USA (ERC on a monthly basis)
- Ensure KPI information is provided to Account Managers monthly
- Ensure Insight reports that talk to recruitment and Training are in place monthly

**Competencies, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Strong and adaptable communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate all employees within the business
- Professional MS Office Skills - Excel and word skills
- Conceptual thinking with the ability to define and deliver against all targets supplied in fulfilling the recruitment listing
- Demonstrate a high level of numeracy and analytical thinking
- Organised and with a strong eye for detail
- Strong IT Skills

**Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Grade 12
- Prior experience as an MI Analyst and related field
- Consistent, professional manner.
- Demonstrate a high level of numeracy and analytical thinking
- Strong IT Skills and preference of experience in using SQL (Structured Query Languages)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
