Job description
- Issuing of stock on daily basis
- Updating stock sheets daily, weekly and monthly
- Receiving goods delivered, validating their accuracy against packing/quote, purchasing order and unpacking into Store
- Ensure stock always managed and stock levels monitoring
- Participating in weekly and monthly stock take
- Maintaining a clean and tidy store at all times
- Receiving and documenting all returns including power tools, materials, job cards and ensuring all stock deliveries are on time by following up with suppliers
- Updating & Maintaining of Stock management systems
- Administration

**Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Working experience in cleaning and hygiene or similar environment.
- Understanding of stock receiving and issuing.
- Sectors: Manufacturing
- Basic computer literacy and proficient in MS Office/Excel
- Process-orientated
- Planning and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a team but also willing to act on their own initiative.
- Acts with honesty and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised and able to work both independently and within a team environment with positive and patient interpersonal skills
- Experience in Customer Service

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Stockroom/Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
